When does the wall usage time start?

The wall doesn't activate automatically. You can create the wall in advance and share the QR code. The time (30 min for free, 24 h for Pro) only starts when you activate the wall from the admin panel – for example, just before your event starts.

How does payment work?

You pay only once per wall (Pro: €19.90, Pro Video: €24.90 incl. VAT). No subscriptions or monthly fees. Payment is handled securely via Stripe Checkout, and your wall is available immediately after payment (you can activate it later).

How many messages can be sent?

Both free and Pro walls support unlimited messages.

Can I upgrade a free wall to Pro?

Yes. You can pay and upgrade at any time. Old messages are preserved, and you get all Pro features immediately. Note: unactivated free walls are deleted after 24 hours. Activated free walls are deleted 74 hours after activation.

Can I change the background color or add a logo?

Yes. You can add your event logo and choose a background color that matches your event's visual identity.

Can I block spam or inappropriate messages?

Yes. You can approve messages before publication and block individual users. This helps keep the wall clean and safe.

Can the link or QR code be shared with the audience?

Yes. Each wall gets its own link and QR code that you can display on screen, share in advance, or print for participants.

What happens when the usage time ends?

Free wall closes after 30 minutes and no new messages can be sent. Pro wall works for 24 hours from activation and the conversation is preserved during that time. After that, the wall closes automatically.

Note: Unactivated free walls are deleted after 24h, Pro walls after 90 days (reminder email at 60 days).

Do users need to register?

No need. Commenting doesn't require email or registration. Messages are sent with a nickname.

What is email used for?

We use email only to send the management link. This is not a permanent user account.

Can I manage multiple walls?

Yes. You can create as many walls as you want and manage each separately.

Does Postwalls work on mobile or in browsers?

Yes. Postwalls works in all modern browsers and is optimized for mobile devices.

Is latency an issue with video walls?

Audience messages appear in real-time. Video latency depends on the stream (YouTube/Vimeo usually 15–30 s).
