Postwalls service may only be used by persons who have reached 16 years of age.
GDPR Compliance (EU Data Protection Regulation)
- EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 8 requires guardian consent for processing personal data of persons under 16
- Postwalls does not collect or process guardian consents - therefore the service is restricted to those over 16
- This restriction applies to all EU/EEA citizens regardless of country
User Obligations
- Age verification: When registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old
- Truthful information: Providing false information will result in immediate account closure
- Parental responsibility: If you are a guardian, do not allow your child to use this service
WARNING: If we suspect a user is under 16, the account will be closed immediately and all data will be deleted in accordance with GDPR.
1. Service Description
Postwalls Postwalls is a web-based message wall service that allows users to create real-time message walls for events, meetings and other occasions.
- Users can create free (30 min) or paid (Pro/Pro Video) message walls
- Messages appear in real time without downloading an app
- Service works in web browsers on mobile devices and computers
- Wall creators can moderate messages and manage wall settings
2. Acceptable Use
Allowed Use
- Event message walls
- Training and lecture Q&A
- Workshop feedback collection
- Customer feedback collection
- Community communication
Prohibited Use
- Minors participation (under 16)
- Harassment, bullying or threats
- Racist, sexist or discriminatory messages
- Sharing personal information without permission
- Sending spam or advertisements
- Sharing illegal or harmful content
- Disrupting the system or hacking attempts
Consequences
Violation of terms of service may result in warning, account suspension or permanent closure. Serious violations (e.g. illegal threats) are reported to authorities.
3. Service Availability and Liability Limitations
Service Level
- We aim for 99% availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance outages are announced in advance when possible
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties
Liability Limitations
- We are not liable for indirect or direct damages
- Our maximum liability is the amount you paid
- User is responsible for their own content
- We are not responsible for third-party content
4. Privacy and Personal Data Processing

- Data is stored only for the time necessary for service operation
- You have the right to access, correct and delete your data
- All data is stored in EU/EEA area
- Automatic data deletion: Activated walls (Free: 74h, Pro: 96h), unactivated walls (Free: 24h, Pro: 90 days)
Minors' Privacy
We repeat: Personal data of persons under 16 may not be processed without guardian consent. Since we do not collect guardian consents, the service is restricted to those over 16. If we suspect a user is a minor, all data will be deleted immediately.
5. Intellectual Property Rights and Content
User Content
- You retain copyright to content you submit
- You give us a limited license to display your content in the service
- You are responsible for having the right to share content
- We do not pre-moderate content, but can remove inappropriate content
Postwalls Service
- Postwalls name, logo and service are protected by our copyrights
- You may not copy, modify or distribute the service software
- You may use the service in accordance with these terms
6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Finnish law applies to these terms of service. Possible disputes are handled in Finnish district courts. EU consumers have the right to use their home country's consumer dispute resolution systems.
7. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change these terms of service. Significant changes will be announced to users by email at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the service, you accept the new terms.
