1. General
Postwalls ("the Service") is an online message wall and audience interaction platform operated by Postwalls ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years old.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Description of the Service
The Service enables users to create and display message walls for events, presentations, and similar audience interaction purposes.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. No real-time delivery, availability, or display of content is guaranteed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to submit, display, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the Service.
5. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of any content you submit.
- By submitting content, you grant Postwalls a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to process and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- Postwalls does not actively monitor or moderate content in real time.
- The user or event organizer is solely responsible for moderating content and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Postwalls reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove or restrict access to any content at its sole discretion.
6. Availability and No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Postwalls does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific event or purpose.
7. Event and Live Use Disclaimer
The Service is intended for general audience interaction only.
The Service is not designed for safety-critical, emergency, or business-critical use, and Postwalls shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from such use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Postwalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of data.
- The total liability of Postwalls for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to Postwalls during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred (100) euros, whichever is lower.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Postwalls Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy.
Postwalls acts as the data controller. Third-party service providers act as data processors under applicable data processing agreements.

Postwalls is a service operated by Äänivisio Levyt (Business ID: 2452077-2), Finland.

11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service remain the property of Postwalls or its licensors.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
